Show Quarterly Conference ! Following is a brief synopsis I o! the proceedings of tfic Summit Sum-mit stake quarterly "conference licld in Coalville last Sunday: Sunday morning services were opened by the congregation congregat-ion singing "Welcome, Welcome, Wel-come, Sabbath Meriting. " Opening praer by Hlder John C. Vaskett. Congregation uexl ng sang "Heatinful Day of Heft." President Taylor then turned turn-ed over the meeting to Supt. Jones and the regular school exercises were carried out. After rc-Twembling Ait. Supt Carrutfi briefly addressed the assemblage on Sabbith School work. Recitation H.uel Stalling. Apostle? Geo. lf. Richards and Geo A . Smith delivered a few interesting remarks to those present. Closing song "Catch the Suhshine " llencdiction Robt. Walker. AFTERNOON SliSf ION. The hmn "l'raic to the Man" was sung by the choir and congregation. Lizie Arnold sang "The Last Hope." President Taylor next addressed ad-dressed the congregation. He rejoiced to see every bishop and many o: their counselors and also all the high priests of the stake present. Referred to the dedication of the laying of the corner stone of the Hast Coalville ward meeting house. Exhorted Ml to do good. Choir sang "When Karth in lloudage, etc. Apostle Geo. A. Smith suggested sug-gested that the first as well as the adsauced principles of the gospel be preached and instilled instill-ed into the minds of all at the ward meetings.
