League left Sun-day for Idaho Falls where they will visit with relatives. Donald Jensen is visiting in Price and the coal camps for a week. Mrs, Evan Joseph left Saturday for her horn in Long Beach. California, after a two week's visit with her sister, Mrs. Tom Nerdin. Mrs. Kate Ford, Mrs. Ruth. Ford and Mrs." Harvey Kirkpatrick of Haw-thorne are guests of Mr. and Mrs. W. J. Ford. Mr. and Mrs, Byron Thurmond of Copperfield, left Monday of last week for Yellowstone Park. Mr. and Mrs. Tom Masters and son Avery attended the eightieth birthday anniversary of Mr. Masters' father at Springville, Tuesday evening of last week. Mr. and Mrs. Ilage Thurston and children Deon, Keith Md! Bud left, Wednesday of last week for Richfield, where they will visit Mrs. Thurston's mother, Mrs. Amanda Dalton, for a week. Mr. and Mrs. J. A. Mclf left Thurs-day for Indianola to spend the week end. Mrs. Harry Mitchell has as. her guesta her mother, Mrs. Margaret J. Smith of Phoenix, Alabama and Miss Ruth Charette of Butte, .Montana. Mrs. Neva Abel and Miss Teddy-War-were dinner guesta of Mr. and Mrs. J. C. Leiser Saturday evening. Mr. and Mrs. James Denvers of Cop-perfield spent Wednesday in Eureka. Mr. and Mrs. J. J. Doyle and fam-ily spent the week end in Provo Can-yon. ., Mr. and Mrs. Maurice Cottec and family motored to Saratoga last Thursday and spent the day. Mr. and Mrs. H. B. Aven, Mr. and Mrs. Bud Aven, and Mr. and Mrs. Art Maly and son motored to the Hot Pots and spent Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Mitchell and family returned Friday evening from a three day visit with relatives ' in Eureka. Mr. and Mrs. J.' B. "Meyers were Tooele 'visitors Monday. Mrs. Edna P. Wade was Bingham visitor Saturday. Mrs. Wade will re-turn to resume her teaching at the Bingham High School at the .begin-ning of the school year. Mr. and Mrs Art Maly of Copper-fiel- d were Salt Lake visitors Saturday Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Jacques left Wednesday for Evanston, Wyoming, where they will visit with Mrs. A. E. Davis. On their return trip they will spend a few days at Bear Lake. Mr, and Mrs. W. E. Berger and family returned home Tuesday of last week from Hastings, Nebraska; where they have spent the summer with Mrs. Berger's mother. Mr. and Mrs. O. S. Jensen and daughter, Mildred, Mrs. Wilford Har-ris and daughter, Virginia and the Misses Harriet and Ella Orgyle motor-ed to Lagoon and spent Wednesday. While in San Fran-cisco Mrs. Chester 'visited with Mrs. Harry O'Gorman and Miss Margaret Greene, former Bingham residents. Eugene Atkln, oldest son of Prin-cipal and Mrs. H. R. Atkin, who is confined at home with spinal men-ingitis is reported as Improving. Mr. and Mrs Eugene Chandler and daughter Grace, returned Sunday from a two month's stay at Moran Lodge in the Jackson Hole Country. Mr. and Mrs. W. R. Jensen of High-land Boy have as their guest Mrs. Jensen's sister, Miss Lena Peterson of Salina. Mr. and Mrs. John Knudson of Cop-perfield left Sunday for Mt. Pleasant where they will visit for a week. Mr. and Mrs. David C. Lyon spent Thursday and Friday of last week with Mr. Lyon's mother, and Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Wallace. Miss . Vera Clark is visiting with relatives in Ogden. Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Knudson of Copperfield left Sunday for Fairview, where they will visit Mrs. Knudson's parents for a few days. Mr. and Mrs. Maurice Cotter and family, Mr. and Mrs. J. C. Leiser and baby and Mrs. Wm. Steele and family spent Friday in Butterfield Canyon. Mr. and Mrs. Henry Hanson of Cop-perfield are spending the week in Brighara City. ' Mr. and Mrs. II. B. Aven and Mr. and Mrs. Fred Turner of Copperfield returned Wednesday from a tour of Yellowstone National Park. "Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Garrity left Friday for Pittsburgh, Pa. They ac-companied the Utah Copper First Aid team which won first place In the con-test at Lagoon on Utah Copper Field day. Before returning Mr. and Mrs. Garrity will visit Chicago and other eastern points.
