Show DAMAGES OF $10,000 ARE ASKED Bv his guardian ad litem, Walter AndVew. an infant, has filed a suit for damages In tho district court against Clarence E. Story In which he asks for the sum of 510,000 for alleged al-leged personal injuries. The complaint states that in the fall of 1911, while the plaintiff was traveling the state road near Pleasant Pleas-ant View, the wagon in which ho was riding- mired In the soft earth and mud, throwing the plaintiff from tho wagon and breaking his right leg: In two places, also breaking the bono of the loft leg and crushing the ankle. Tho defendant Is alleged to have carelessly left an embankment in the roadway which ho had been employed to repair and that the rain and snow fall of that time so dampened tho place as to make it muddy and unfit for tfal. |
