Show ATTORNEY SUES LOCAUMPANY Nephi, Nov 27. Considerable interest inter-est Is being taken in tho case of Geo. A. Udall against George A. Lowe & Co and -L W. Abbott of Ogden and L. Lorraine Bagley of Salt Lake. The plaintiff asks $20,000 damages for malicious ma-licious prosecution and defamation of character. Mr. Udall, who is a resident resi-dent of Eureka, formerly lived in Nephi Ne-phi and is known throughout the state as an attorney.
