Show oo NOTICE OF INTENTION. NOTICE Is herebv given by the Board of Commissioners of Ogden City, of the intention of said Board to make the following described improvements, im-provements, to wit: To lay out, establish and open a public street, to bo named HUDSON AVENUE, North and South through Block 32, Plat "A." Ogden City Survey, Sur-vey, said avenue to be GO feet wide, being 30 feet In width on either aud both sides of the center line of said Block 32, the whole dlstan.ee between 23rd Street and 24th Street, and to defray the whole of the costs thereof, there-of, estimated at $65,000.00, bv a local lo-cal assessment upon the lots or pieces of ground lying and being within the following district, being the district to be benefited and affected by said improvement, viz: AH the land lying between the outer out-er boundary lines of said avenue, when onened as proposed, and a line drawn 50 feet outward from and parallel par-allel to the said outer boundarv lines, being part of Lots 1, 2, 3. A. "5. 0. 7 S, 9 and 10. Block 32, Plat "A," Ogden Citv Survey. All protests and objections to the carrying out of such Intention must be presented In writing to the City Recorder jn or before the 24th day of August, A. D.. 1012, at 10 o'clock a. in.. that being the time set by said Board of Commissioners when they will hear and consider such objections vs mav bo made thoreto at the Commissioner Commission-er Chamber, at the City Hall.
