Show IDAHO OFFICERS ARE HERE FOR E. M. DUNN Salt Lake, Nov. 20.--L, M Zuir n1lctrlt0fA.L,UC0,n county' r,,ah0' and District Attorney James R. Bothwell of Shoshone, arrived in Salt Lako I yosterday afternoon bearing extradition extradi-tion papers for the person of E. M Dunn, a prominent young attorney of ' this city, who is charged with grand ' larceny in a complaint issued at Shoshone Sho-shone a few days ago. Dunn was arrested last Thursday by Riley M. Beckstead, captain of deteq-tives, deteq-tives, and Detectives Earl Ripley and i George Cleveland, at the InBtlgation of the Plnkerton National Detective bureau. Ho was released on furnishing furnish-ing $500 ball bonds Saturday. It is alleged that Dunn passed one bogus check for $50 through tho First Natlonnl bank of Shoshone and another an-other worthless draft for $100 through tho same bank. The first check had the indorsement of his uncle, Oliver Dunn, marshal at Shoshone, Tho Idaho officers say that thoy come fully prepared to take Dunn back to Shoshone with them. no |
