Show oo SANITATION TO BE HER ' SUBJECT A campaign of sanitation has been started by the Woman's Relief society so-ciety of this city, the results of which cannot be other than far.reachlng and of great benefit to the people of Ogden. The campaign will be formally opened Saturday afternoon, at 2:30, In tho Relief Society hall, when Miss Dancy, one of the best Informed women wom-en on sanitation will deliver an address ad-dress on tho subject. Miss Dancy Is a graduate of tho Johns Hopkins hospital tiainiug school and served as food nurse in tho hospital attached at-tached to that school. After this sho was superintendent of district nurse3 at Nowurk, X. J , and acted as a Red Cross nurse during the SpaniBh-Am-crlcan war. Later she was assistant head nurse for five years at the Battle Bat-tle Creek sanitarium. She comes to this city to preach "Sanitation" and will work with the Relief society to better tho sanitary conditions of Ogden as well as the sanitary knowledge of its inhabitants. Xo more capable person could have been secured to oversee the house-cleaning house-cleaning of Ogden which the society has proposed than Miss Dancy. Her lecture Saturday will be one ol unusual un-usual interest and every one who attends at-tends will bo more than compensated for the time bpcnL It is anticipated that a largo number of women, who aro members of other societies in this city, will be present. |
