Show UTAH DAY IS OBSERVED IN OGDEN J. M. Mills, superintendent of the city schools, presided at tho Utah day ceiobratlon which was held at the High school today at 2.30 p. m. An excellent musical program was arranged ar-ranged and several prominent men delivered short addresses. Judge J A. Howell delivered at tho School for tho Deaf and Blind an address ad-dress which was interpreted in the sign language by Superintendent F. M, Drlggs. Following is tho program as carried out at the High school: Song, "Utah. We Lovo Thee." "Purposes of Utah Day," Mayor A. G. Fell. "What Opportunities Utah Offers to Young People," read by representative student of Wobor academy "What Can We Do to Improvo Our Own Town9" Dr. A S. Condon. "What Utah Day Means to Me," Miss Lillian Flygare, Ogden. "What tho Utah Development League Is Doing for Utah," Will G. Farrell.
