Show MONEY TRUST UNEASY. . Wall street evidently is uneasy over the political outlook. The money frusl as represented on the Stock Exchange hopes to sec Roosevelt defeated. Taft is a more pliable man and he could be made to better serve the ends of the money changers. The market letters within the last week have had references to this effect: "Wall street began today to discount a Roosevelt victory in Pennsylvania. Should Roosevelt make good progress in that state there will be no trouble for the market to face on Monday morning. Should Taft develop great strength, the bears will have to cet out the best they can." , "'The political situation has been a disturbing influence during the week. With Roosevelt 'eliminated, confidence would be restored." re-stored." If the money trust is opposing Roosevelt, the people should not hesitate to rally to the standard of the man who is Imttling in their defense against the powerful influences of Wall street, where money is everything1 and human rights are ignored. |
