POLICEJOURT Charged with being unlawfully drunk, George Garnen, George Weir, and Mike Nelson wore arraigned In Police court thie morning and assessed assess-ed 5 each. Each of the trio pleaded guilty. Thomas Murray, charged with disturbing dis-turbing the peace, pleaded guilty and was fined 5 or five days. After a restful liberty of two days, C. H. Hasty was sent back to the stone pile for ten days on a charge of vagrancy. Hasty served a ten-days' ten-days' sentence and promised to leave the city upon his liberation Saturday but apparently was loathe to leave tho city and was picked up on tho streets by officers this morning. Hasty Has-ty Is addicted to drugs. Austin Michaelson and Maggie Men-senger, Men-senger, who were - arrested on a charge of lewd and lascivious conduct, con-duct, appeared in court and were found guilty of the charge. Tho court suspended sentence until later.
