Show PROCEEDINGS IN DISTRICT COURT Tho following legal matters were attended to by Judge Harris this morning: In the matter of the estate of Clarence Clar-ence W. Clark, deceased, Mrs. Elizabeth Eliz-abeth Clark was appointed administratrix adminis-tratrix under a bond of $13,300. In her -petition for letters of administration administra-tion Mrs. Clark states that her hus-baud hus-baud died In Ogden June 12, 1911, intestate, in-testate, leaving property valued at a little more, than 0.000 The petition for letters of administration adminis-tration in the estate of Chauncey Parry, Par-ry, deceased, was granted and Mrs. Olive Parry was appointed administratrix, adminis-tratrix, under a bond of $5,500. Mrs Parry was also appointed guardian of tho minor child, Olive E. Parry, the bond being fixed nt $9,000 The petition of Florence O, San-fprd San-fprd for alimony in the ma'tter of the estate and guardianship of George Y Stanford, incompetent, was set for bearing July 1-1. Judge Harris denied tho defendant's motion for new trial in the case of Jesse Richards against the Oregon Short Line. Mr. Richards was given a judgment for the killing of two horses by the defendant railroad company com-pany a short time ago. The demurrer in the case of Joseph Kuhn aaglnst J. E Davenport et al., was ovorruled and time given In which to answer. |
