Show CHARGE CRUELTY IN DIVORCE SUIT Kate Blddle has commenced suit against Albert H Blddle for divorce on the grounds of failure to provide and cruelty. The complaint alleges that tho parties par-ties were married July 18 1895, and that they have lived together as husband hus-band and wife sinco that time. Mrs, Blddle states that for more than a year past the defendant has failed to provide for her, and during that time, and prior thereto, ho has been cruel and unkind to her Mrs. Blddle says that her husband is of a JealouB disposition, fault-finding, morose and sullen. For the past three years, Bhe says, ho has been a scolding and abusive huBband, continually contin-ually finding faun with her and tormenting tor-menting her lu different ways. She asks for a divorce, $50 a month alimony, ali-mony, the custody of the minor child and costs of suit. |
