Show DANIEL DUMCAN IS FOUND DEAD LOGAN, June 4. Sheriff N "W 1 Crookston returned from tho south end of the county this morning after Q having taken care of the body of a H man found dead In the road leading H Into the hills east of Paradise Word came of the finding of the body last I evonlng and the sheriff went over at g once. The body had beon there for 1 more than a woek and was in a toad I state of decomposition, and therefore was left at Avon, where interment will H take place, unless more is learned of H the deceased. As near as can be I learned the dead man was Daniel Dun- H can, and at one time Ivcd In Ogden, m but left there when his wife separated H from him. He was here about ten U days ago nnd aBkod for a night's lodg- H Ing at the county jail, which was 1 given him, and what Ib known of him I was learned from the prisoners incar- I cernted there. He loft here and ap- I parently was taking the short cut I through the hills to Ogdon, but lost his p way, and in a storm that came up fell H exhausted in a mudhole In the road, H where he was found.
