Show UTAH OFFICIALS AT jT. PAUL St. Paul,' Juno 5. Members of the capltol commission of Utah visited the Minnesota state house today to got ideas for their new $3,000,000 capltol capl-tol at Salt Lake City. The party was received by Governor EberharL The custodian then conducted tho officials through the capltol. There were seven sev-en Utah officials, Charles S. TIngey, secretary of state, and A. R. Barnes, attorney general who were with the party. They will visit the state capltol capl-tol at Madison, Wis., and several other oth-er state houses before returning to Salt Lake City. They were greatly impressed with the Minnesota capltol. Following their tour of the building they were taken for an automobile ride about the city by Julius Schmahl, secretary of state. The members of the party said that tho Minnesota capltol waa ono of the finest they had ever visited and that Architect Cass Gilbert, who designed it, has tho proper spirit. Gilbert Is now designing tbe (big Wool worth, building In New York, which will bo tlie tallest structure In tho world, with fifty-six stories. |
