Show Final Results of Horse Show Officials 6f the Cache Valley horse show association Wednesday began to lay plans for sponsoring their second annual show, July 4, and 5, 1945, following completion comple-tion of their first successful show Tuesday night which featured awarding of the show stake trophy. The event, sponsored jointly by the Cache Canter club and the Logan mounted police' unit, drew more than 3500 people to the Utah State Agricultural college stadium Monday and Tuesday nights. Horses from all parts of Utah, Idaho and Wyoming were entered. In The final event Tuesday, "Promenade," a beautiful sorrel horse owned by Charles Rudd, Salt Lake City, and ridden by Jessie Vitt, Wellman, Iowa, won first honors in the top event of the show, the championship five I gaited class. j The five horses entered in this ' event were in the ring more than i 20 minutes before Jay W. Marcie Ivers, Salt Lake City, one of the top-notch riders in the show, won the heart of the large crowd when she paced "Balreask" owned by Wallace Bennett, Salt Lake City, around the course and over eight perfect jumps. Lieutenant Lieu-tenant Brady Dirker, riding "Bugler," "Bug-ler," was second and Vic Adams, Salt Lake City, riding, "Verda Gold," was third.
