T., are learning the principles of nutrition and the art of preparing and serving well-balanced meals. There was a time when a hoy would rather be dead than caught wearing an apron, but the husky young man at the left doesn't mind in the least being helped into a garment by a fellow cook. Center: This pupil has a man-size bowl of cereal before her. She has learned the value of the vitamins and minerals in the whole wheat and in brown sugar. Right: First important im-portant step in the cooking of vegetables is the removal of sand. And that's what these kiddy cooks are doing. |
