Show Richmond Lions Name Candidates Amos W. Bair, member of the North Cache high school faculty and A. C. Tarveler, a dairy farmer, farm-er, have been named candidates for president of the Richmond Lions club. Election will be held May 14 and new officers installed in June. Other candidates are Roy Chris-tenscn Chris-tenscn and Melrose Carson, first vice president; H. Earl Bair and Oscar Anderson, second vice presi-j presi-j dent; B. C. Monson, renamed secretary-treasurer without oppo.i. I tion; Alfred Nelson and Quentin Peart, lion tamer; J. W. Stoddard and Frank H. Last, tail twister. Floyd White and George H. Anderson An-derson are seeking a two-year directors di-rectors post and William H. Nivi-son Nivi-son and Preston A. Nuffer, one-year one-year director. The club voted to conduct a work day at the city park May 28, to purchase .a tennis net for one of the city courts and inducts ed Robert F. Hoppie as a new member. |
