Plans also are being u.de to fete the Cache county winner. She will be awarded a $100 war bond. Candidates must be 18 years of age and no more than 26 years of age. Entry blanks will be published pub-lished in the Salt Lake Tribune beginning May 7 and any girl desiring de-siring to enter the contest may do so on these blanks. After she has filed her entry blank, a queen contestant must represent the sale of a minimum of $5000, cost price, in "E" bonds before she becomes an official nominee. She, or any organization sponsoring her, has until May 21 to make the bond sales of $5000 Under proposed plans being worked out by the local committee, com-mittee, civic organizations will be asked to sponsor candidates, along with Utah State Agricultural college, col-lege, the high schools and the junior chamber of commerce!. The war bond queen contest is not being conducted separately from the Seventh War Loan drive but rather in conjunction with it to assist in the sale of "E" bonds, Mr. Hatch explained. An official ballot will be given with each bond purchased and may be cast for any official candidate. However, How-ever, Mr. Hatch emphasized that credit for purchase of the bond will remain in the local unit to-1 wards achieving the ward or community's goal. Ballot centers will be set up in the near future where the names and pictures of all candidates candi-dates will be displayed. Winners will be determined on bond 'performance, 'per-formance, yith points to be awarded award-ed for percentage of town quota attained in order of achievement, and likewise county quota in order of achievement. This will count 75 per cent, the other 25 per cent will be on queenlike 'qualities, to be determined by local judges. j Further details of the contest ' will be worked out later.
