Show LEMON Mrs. Loraine Karren and her daughter, Betty Jean, left Tuesday Tues-day for Madison, Wisconsin at which place they will meet David Nash Jr. On their arrival at Madison the couple will be married. mar-ried. Mr. Nash, U.S.N.R., is attending at-tending the University of Wiscon. sin in Madison. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. D. Ariel Nash of 1 Linrose, Idaho. Mr. and Mrs. Nash will remain in Madison for the present. Mrs. Karren honored her daughter with a trousseau tea Sunday, January 7. WEDDING RECEPTION DANCE GIVEN An outstanding social event in Lewiston was the wedding reception-dance given in the community commun-ity dancej hall January 11th by Mr. and Mrs. Wilford Waddoups in honor of the marrige of then-daughter then-daughter Bonnie to Private First Class Nathaniel Keller of Mink Creek, Ida. Receiving the guests were guests of honor, Mr. and Mrs. Nathaniel Keller, Mr. and Mrs. Adam Keller, parents of the groom and Mr. and Mrs. Wilford Waddoups. The serving table was I laid with a lace cover with a center piece of pink roses and white chrysanthemums and white tapers at either end. Serving was Miss Alice Barton, Miss Ro-sella Ro-sella Hyer and Mrs. Gwendolyn Taylor of Layton. Miss Madge Hogan and Miss Carma Blair were in charge of the gift table. Private Nathaniel Keller and Bonne were married in Logan Temple January loth. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Adam Keller of Mink Creek. The newlyweds left Friday, . January 12th for Texas, Private Keller being stationed sta-tioned at Camp Fanin, Texas. Among Lewiston visitors in Logan Lo-gan Saturday were Mr. and Mrs. Carl Stoddard, Mrs. La Priel Hyer Hy-er and daughter Agatha, Mr. and Mrs. Roy Jones, Mr. and Mrs. George Villet, James Taggart, Miss Blanche Taggart , Mrs. Valeria Pond, Mr. and Mrs. Edis Taggart, Mrs. Anna Orchard, Mrs. Eva Layne, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Haslam. Mrs. Helen Baer was hostess to ' the Juene Mere club at her home Thursday night. Dainty refreshments refresh-ments were served and the evening even-ing spent playing bridge. Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Poulsen of Nampa. Idaho spent several days as guests of Mr. and Mrs. J- J. Poulsen and visiting friends in Lewiston. They returned to then- home in Nampa Wednesday. Mr. and Mrs. George Villet spent Saturday in Logan. |
