Show T ha Amandcd Sheep Bill. The section of the sheep bill which caused sd much excitement, but finally became a law, is ai follows: ' Sec. 4. To dip or wash sheep in any streamB, or to construct or maintain or use any pool or dipping vat for dipping or washing sheep in such close proximity proxim-ity to any stream used by the inhabitants inhabi-tants of any city, town or village, for domestic purposes, as to make the water thereof impure or unwholesome; or to construct or maintain any corral, yard or vat to be nsed for the puroose of shearing or dipping sheep within seven miles of any city, town or village, where the refuse or filth from aaid corral or I yard would Daturally find its way into any stream of water nsed by the inhabitants inhabit-ants of any city, Tillage or town for domestic purposes.'" |
