Show Peeullar Suioide' E. J. Bayman, a semi-demented individual, indi-vidual, who Rave Arizona as his borne, arrived In Salt lake several daya ago. On Thursday be was admitted to the county infirmary, pending an examination exam-ination into his mental condition: But little watch was kept ot him, as it was not believed that he was at all dangerous. He left the Institution at about' 3 o'clock Friday morning, and walked as far as twelth south and state streets. As a Raplp Transit car appro ached him, he suddenly threw himself on the track. There was no chance to stop the car, and it passed over his body serving both legs and brnsing and otherwiae injuring him Internally. Bayman was taken back to the Infirmary but it Boon became evident that there was no hops for his recovery. He died within a few mliintes afterwards. There can be no blame attached to the motorman, conductor ot railway company com-pany it was evidently a clear case of suicide. Herald. |
