E M. M Spieker chairman of Ohio States State's geology department is director drector of the Field Station Other staff members will include Dr George orge E. E Moore Dr Aurele LaRocque LaRocque LaRocque La- La Rocque and Siegfried of Ohio State Dr William Villiam N. N Gilli- Gilli land and of the University of Nebraska ansi ind Prof George Crowl Growl of Ohio Wesleyan University Five of the student group are arc graduates who will work on special projects as candidates for doctoral degrees The others all aU majoring in geology will spend the summer studying mapping and reporting on onan onan onan an assigned area The station is situated in the Sanpete valley of oC central Utah and the students willin will operate in the rugged areas of the adjacent Wasatch and Gunnison plateaus There will be three coeds among the group Marjorie Roseboom 2619 Henthorn Dr and Jeanne Morrow 1024 Dublin Hr Rr both Columbus Columbus Columbus Col Col- umbus seniors and Pauline Smyth graduate student from Mt Healthy At Ephraim the group will make use of dormitories a cafeteria and other facilities on the campus of I Snow College They will return to Columbus about Sept 1 I |
