PATENT United States Land Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, Mineral Survey No. 6239 May 27, 1921 Notice is hereby given that In pursuance pur-suance of the Act of Congress approved ap-proved May 10, 1872, Moscow Mining Min-ing and Milling Co. a Utah Carpor., whose postoffice address is Salt Lake City, Utah, has made application for patent for 10.66.1 feet on the Jupiter Fraction lode U. S. Mineral Survey No. 6239, bearing lead, sliver and copper, the same being 1008.3 feet Northeasterly and 57.8 feet Southwesterly South-westerly from discovery shaft thereon, there-on, with surface ground 600 feet in width, situated in Star Mining District, Dis-trict, Beaver County, State of Utah, and described by the official plat and by the field notes on file in the office offi-ce of the Register of Salt Lake City Land District, Utah, as follows to-wit: to-wit: Beginning at Corner No. 1 of said Jupiter Fraction lode, whence the 1-4 Section corner between Sections 25 and 30, Township 28 South, Range Ran-ge 12 and 11 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, bears North 71 degs. 52 mins. East, 1077.8 feet; Thence South 19 deg. 26 mins E, 576.8 feet to corner No. 2, Thence South 67 degs, 34 mins. West, 1066.1 eet to corner No. 3, Thence North 19 degs. 26 mins W. 600.8 feet to corner No. 4, Thence North 68 degs. 51 mins. B 1065.1 feet to corner No. J, the place of beginning, containing 14.391 acres, and frrming a portion of the. unsurvoycl rart of Township 28 South, Range 12 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian. The names of the adjoining and conflicting claims as shown by the plat of survey, are: Waterloo No. 2 lode, Survey No. 6238 Boggs Mine lode, Survey No. 6236, and Mineral Queen lode, Survey Sur-vey No. 606j. The area of said Jupiter Fraction lode, as described above, which is in conflict with he Waterloo No. 2 lode, Survey No. 6238 and Mineral Queen lode Survey Sur-vey No. 6063 is hereby expressly excluded from this application fcr patent, the net area of said Jupiter Fraction lode applied for, being 12.366 acres.
