They spent Saturday and Sunday here with their daughter, Mrs. John White and family. Ray Casterline who went to Salt Lake City to spend Xmas and New-Years New-Years with his father, returned Sunday Sun-day evening. Mr. and Mr. T. O. Mr. and Mrs. Earl Gleason left on Friday evening for a visit with Mr. Gleason's parents at Los Angeles, California. Mr. Ephrium Smith and son Morris Mor-ris made a trip to Frisco the first of the week to get the remainder of their household furniture. C. C. Sloan went to Beaver Monday, Mon-day, to take up his work as member mem-ber of the Beaver county school board. Miss Novella Turnbow of Salt Lake, who has been visiting in Bea-ver, Bea-ver, passed through Milford on her way to the city, and was the guest of Lulu GeGrmo. Mr. Alfred Goff and Miss Martha Bullock, one of the teachers at the Milford schools, were married New. Year's Eve at Salt Lake City. They will make their home in Milford. Sunday Mr. and Mrs. L. R. Four-nier Four-nier and son Rene came from Telluride Tellu-ride plant for a few days. While here Mrs. Fournier is the guest of Mrs. B. H. Hendrlckson. Mrs. Chas. Newhart and little daughter, Rena, of Provo, are now spending a few days with Mrs. New-hart's New-hart's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jim Lang. A Leap Year dinner party was given giv-en by the Misses May Johnson, Mildred Mil-dred Eyre, Delia Cottrell and Mary Roper. The invited guests were Messrs Stewart, Gray, Cottrell and Nelson. After the dinner the party went to the Victory Theatre and the balance of the evening was spent at the home of Mary Roper with games and music while they watched watch-ed the Old Y'ear out and the New Year in. Mrs. Frances Edwards, accompan-, ied by her daughter, went to Lehl on ; Sunday to meet the body of her son, j Walter Edwards, who died in France Ocetober, 191S, and whose body has been sent back to his old home in Lehi for burial. With a total of 16 64 students registered re-gistered in the University of Utah, the institution now has the large enrollment in its history, according to an official report issued last evening ev-ening from the register's office. Mr. and Mrs. Jack Tattersall and daughter, Lena, of Salt Lake City, who have been visiting their mother, Mrs. Margaret Tattersall, of Beaver, came over from there Sunday Sun-day afternoon and were the guests of his brother, Stan Tattersall until train time that evening. The regular monthly official board meeting will be held Friday night January 7. The Sunday School board will also meet on this evening in connection with the regular teacher's teach-er's meeting. A full attendance by all concerned Is requested by the pastor. These meetings are to be held in the Methodist Episcopal church. While Christmas is gone and almost al-most forgotten, the M.
