Duncan, of Mllford, Utah, who on August 16, 1915, made Homestead entry, No. 015676, for NE 1-4, Section Sec-tion 12, Township 28 South, Range 11 West, Salt Lake Meridian, has filed notice of intention to make 5-year 5-year Proof, to establish claim to the land above described, before United States Commissioner, at Mllford, Utah, on the 22nd day of January, 1921.
