Notice is hereby given that the Murray Sheep Company, whose principal place of business is Garrison, Garri-son, Utah, has made application in accordance with the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1917, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1919, to ap propriate Three-Hundredths (0.03) c. f. s. of water from a spring area in the western part of Beaver County, Coun-ty, commonly known as Cobb Spring Said spring issues at a point which hears N. IS degs. 05 mins. W. 700 ft. from the SE cor. of Sec 17, Twp 26 S R. 19 V7, S. L. M. The water is stored during the entire year in a tunnel, driven into the spring area, and used by means of troughs for stock watering and culinary purposes, purpos-es, during the entire year.
