Show DEMOCRATIC RALLY Geo. H. Dern,( democratic candidate candi-date for Governor and J. W. Robin-sou, Robin-sou, candidate for Attorney General addressed an enthusiastic meeting at the I. 0. 0. F. hall in Milford last Friday evening. E. F. Sherwood, sheriff of Beaver county presided and introduced: the speakers. Mrs. Helena McGarry, accompanied accompan-ied by Miss Drucilla Tanner sang the "Star Spangled Banner" and the "Flag Without a Stain." Mr. Dern in the course of his speech, said: A progressive is one who wants life made a little easier the producer. The progressive of today becomes the conservative of tcuorrow. In defining the difference between 0. Democrat and a Republican, he uild: A Republican wants prosperity for business and the Democrat wants lji'jsperity for the common people.
