Show V , DELINQUENT We have some subscribers who are so- far in arrears that we would think it would hurt their cansciences to read the paper. Ten of them live in Minersville; seven live in Milford; four live in Salt Lake; some live in Caliente. and there about twenty others scattered throughout the county. Wo have sent out statements, and that does no good. One subscriber who- was away in arrears sent in a little boy (with no money) to say. "please stop our paper" but most of them say nothing and pay nothing. erne man nun ne wras a man, came in and said, "Mr. .Editor, I am short of money. I don't want the paper stopped. I will pay you sometime." some-time." That man can have the paper as long as he wants it. He is spending spend-ing every cent he can gpt in helping develop the country, educating his children etc. When he gets the money mon-ey he will pay. Put the other man. the one who .says nothing and does nothing to help out. will you kindly read the article on newspaper laws in this issue. is-sue. Remember that a newspaper has bills to pay and help to- pay and rent to pay yes and taxes, same as anyone else and it can't be done if no money comes in. e ' |
