Show P.ARTY Mrs. Phil Oi win was given a surmise sur-mise Monday Fveping by ten or fifteen fif-teen of her Uaav r friends. It is hard o loll whether it could be called a happy surprise or not, for she was kept busy from 5 o'clock p. m. until nearly midnight serving lunch and tea to Ihe bunch, who had gone without with-out their meals for nearly a week, nn paring for a good hand-out when tbey made this visit.
