Show STATE ENGINEER'S OFFICE Salt Lake City, Utah, March 25, 1927. Notice is hereby given that the Mono Consolidated Miring company, whose principal place of business is Salt Lake City, Utah, has made application ap-plication in accordance with the requirements re-quirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1917, as amended by the Session Ses-sion Laws of Utah, 1919 and 1925 to appropriate 2 c. f. s. of water from a Spring in Beaver county, Utah. Said water is to be diverted at the point of issuance which bears 500 ft. E. and 500 ft. S. of the NW cor. of Sec. 3G, T. 29 S, R. 20 W., S. L. M., and conveyed in a canal and pipe line a distance of about 1-2 miles where it will be used during th,e entire year for general mining purposes at the Mono Consolidated Mine in the Washington Wash-ington Minir.r District As much water wa-ter as necessary will be used during rhe entire year for domestic purposes. This application is designated in the State Engineer's office as File No. 10076. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons rea-sons therefor, must be by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied with a fee of ?1.00, and filed in this office within with-in thirty (30) davs after the com-"Vion com-"Vion of the publication of this notice. no-tice.
