Show Copit'H of said liHtB, so far as thej relate to said tracts by descriptive subdivisions, have been conspicuously conspicuous-ly posted in this office for inspectior by any person interested and by thf public generally. During the period of publicatioi of this notice, or any time, thereafter and before final approval and certi fication, under departmental regula tions of April 25, 1907, protests oi contests against the claim of thi State to any of the tracts or subdivi sions hereinbefore described, on thi ground that the same is more valua ble for mineral than for agricultur al purposes, will be reoeived an noted for report to the Genera Land office at Washington D. C. Failure so to protest or contest, with in the time specified, will be consld ered sufficient evidence of the non mineral character of the tracts an the selections thereof, being other wise free from objection, will be ap proved t0, the state.
