Show NOTICE AND SUMMONS In the Fifth Judicial District Court i of the State of Utah, in and for Beav er Countv, Utah. WILLIAM L. HARDY, et al. Plaintiff, vs. BEAVER COUNTY IRRIGATION' IRRIGA-TION' CO., et al, Defendants All claimants to the use of water from Beaver River System are hereby notified that the State Engineer, pursuant pur-suant to the provisions of Chapter 67, I Session laws of 1919, has completed his survey of said system for the purpose pur-pose of collecting data necessary for the proper determination and adjudication adjudi-cation of all said rights, and pursuant pursu-ant to an order of this Court such claimants must, within 60 days of the date of first publication of this notice, file with the Clerk of this Court a written statement setting forth their respective claims to the use of such water in the manner provided by Chapter 67, Session Laws of 1919, a form which will be furnished on application ap-plication to the State Engineer or the Clerk of this Court. If you fail to make such statements state-ments of claim within the time above stated you will be forever barre and estopped from subsequently asserting any rights and shall be held to have forfeited all rights in and to the use of the waters of said Beaver River System theretofore claimed by you.
