Show Domestic Science Class Prepares a Feast For Lions Milford Lions did no roaring this week at their Wednesday luncheon-There luncheon-There was nothing to roar about when they sat down to the bounteous repast re-past prepared and ' served by the domestic science class of the high school, under direction of Mrs. T. C. Heaton. The meal prepared by these high school girls was a credit to themselves and reflected honor to their able instructor. Little business was transacted at this meeting, other than hearing committee reports, chief of which was the community Christmas tree committee, com-mittee, which reported everything in . readiness for an enjoyable evening for the kiddies Friday. After the luncheon the Lions adjourned ad-journed to the assembly room where they enjoyed a number of well rendered rend-ered selections by the high school band, under the able direction of Mr. Baker. Among out of town guests at this meeting were Messrs. Fournier and Cluff of the Telluride Power company, com-pany, Richfield. |
