Show STATE ENGINEER'S OFFICE, Salt Lake City, Utah, September 14, 1926. Notice is hereby given that Peter Mackelprang, whose post office address ad-dress is Cedar City, Utah, has made application- in accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1917 as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1919 and 1925 to appropriate .0015 c. f. g. of water from Chokecherry Springs in Beaver County, Utah. Said water is to be diverted at a point S. 54 deg. 15 min. W. 1835 ft. from the E Cor. of Sec. 8, T. 29 S., R. 18 W., S. L. B. M., and conveyed in a pipe line a distance of 145 ft. where it will be used from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31 inclusive of each year for the watering water-ing of 2,000 to 4,000 head of sheep or goats and 20 to SO head of cattle and from 2 to 6 bead of horses or mules. This application is designated in j the State Engineer's Office as File I No. 10019. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons rea-sons therefore, must be by affidavit in duplicate accompanied with a fee of SI. 00, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
