Show ' Hon: cixn items op THE L. D. S. CHURCH The members of the Choir club - . . were entertained Thursday afternoon of last week at the home of Mrs. C. A. Arrington. A social time with needlework was enjoyed. Refreshments Refresh-ments were served by the hostess, who was assisted in serving by her sister, Mrs. John Kirk. Members present were: Mrs. Antone Johnson. Mrs. James Clay, Mrs. Gene Pitch-forth. Pitch-forth. Mrs. H. H. Pitchforth, Mrs. J. White, Mrs. C T Woodbury, Mrs. Karl Levi. Mrs. A. C. Nebeker, Mrs - D. N. Hickman The ladies of the Choir club gave the choir gentlemen a happy surprise, sur-prise, Monday night of last week, by serving a lunch at the close of the choir practice. The choir is donating a sum of twenty-five or thirty dollars toward new song books for the church. |
