Show O Al Wood of Riverside, Cal., spent a few days here with Mr. and Mrs. Karl S. Carlton, this week. He is a son-in-law of Mr. and Mrs. Joe Cornwell of Riverside, old friends of the Carlton's who have property holdings here. He will visit Puffer's lake in the Beaver Canyon and the parks of southern Utah on his return home. W. G. Simpson of Salt Lake was here this week. G. Henry Bergstrom was over from Cedar this week. Mr. and Mrs. J. M. Woodhead of Chino, Ca.., have been visiting friends here this past week. Mr. and Mrs. Wilfor Van Wagener, of Midway, and Mr. and Mrs. S. D. Huffaker of Salt Lake were here recently. Mr. Van Wagoner is heavily heavi-ly interested in mining matters in this section. Fred Kersten of Chicago, was here Sunday. Geo. M. Haley of Salt Lake, was here Monday. C. Parsons and W. A. Bourne of Salt Lake City, were doing business here this week. A. B. Cline is with us during the absence of Al Cline, who has gone to California on a vacation. A. F. Farrell, the Continental Oil official, was here this week from Cedar City. Dr. and Mrs. J. A. Kuykendall Louise Kuenzi and Albert M. Kuenzi of San Francisco, spent a few days here this week. S. R. Sorensen of Provo, T. R. Williams Wil-liams and Lage Jolley of Cedar City were all here Wednesday. Mr. and Mrs. H. Livergood of Los Angeles, were here Wednesday arranging to reside here. They will be located in the Sloan apartments. Mr. and Mrs. T. W. Witzany and daughter of Winana, Minn., spent yesterday in Milford. F. S. McKimmens of Salt Lake, spent Wednesday here. J. P. Johansen of Garrison, took a run into Milford yesterday. j |
