Show Rifle Club is Progressing The Milford Athletic club rifle team held their 4th cup shoot on Sunday, Sun-day, July 17, with the result of W. C. Barnes winning the cup with a score of 160. Richard Bradshaw tied wth 1G0 score but already had won a cup so this one went to Barnes. The next liigh score was J. T. Eld-ridge, Eld-ridge, with 157. The next, Dick Hayes with 1-17. Others shooting were Albert Al-bert Joest, Jr., Leonard Thompson, Roy Miller and Loren Osborne. Previous Pre-vious cup winners are J. L. Eldridge, ..Til ::, score, 15-1; Richard Brad-huw, Brad-huw, May 15, score, 16S; Albert Joest; Jr., June 2nd, score, 14S. It has been learned that on account of poor faciities at Redondo Beach, Cal., where the unit meet was to be held, that the unit elimination shoot will be held the 13th and 14th at Milford. Mil-ford. General Manager's cup will be awarded high score. Also a team of six men will be picked to go to Provo. the 5 and 6 of September to represent the unit and system meet. The captain, A. A. Underwood of Los Angeles, Cal., will be present at Hie shoot and have charge. Anybody Any-body is welcome to be out there and watch the meet.
