Show NOTICE OP SALE t In the District Court of the United States, in and for the District of Utah. Frances Investment Company, a corporation, cor-poration, and Western Land & Development De-velopment Company, a corporation Plaintiffs TS. Edwin J. Gooding and May Gooding, his wife, Defendants. Equity 7647 By virtue of a certain decree of foreclosure of sale to me as the duly appointed, qualified and acting sheriff sher-iff of Beaver County, Utah, and as special master directed and lssueil out of the District Court of the United States in and for the District of Utah, on the 5th day of November Novem-ber A. D., 1923, wherein the Frances Fran-ces Investment Company obtained a judgment in the suni of $9,999.24, and the plaintiff, Western Land and Development Company obtained a judgment in the sum of $7,395.84 together with their costs taxed herein here-in in the sum of $100.70, and a decree de-cree of foreclosure and order of sale against Edwin J. Gooding and May Gooding, his wife, commanding me to sell at public auction in the manner man-ner prescribed by law that certain property described as follows, towit: The Noriheast Quarter (NE 1-4) of the Southwest Quarter . (SW 1-4) and the Southeast Quarter (SE 1-4) oi the NuriJ-west NuriJ-west Quarter (NW 1-4 of Section-Nine (9), Township Twenty nine (29) South Range Ten (10) West of the Salt Lake T,- nr,A Mn.'fllnn A n rl 7 7 shares of "Class A." capital stock of Beaver County Irrigation Irriga-tion Company, represented by Certificate No. 756. Said Land being in Beavi.r County, Utah. Therefore, pursuant to said order I shall sell at public auction tho above described property, as a whole, or so much thereof as may be necessary neces-sary to satisfy the aforesaid judgment, judg-ment, interest and costs, on the 22nd day of December, A. D. 1923, at two o'clock p. m., at the front door of the court house at Beaver Beaver County, Coun-ty, Utah B. F.
