The annual seal sale is put on by the Utah Public Health association to raise money with which to fight tuberculosis and "litre kinds of sickness sick-ness in this slate. The said association associa-tion is financed entirely by the sale of the li'tle penny heal'h messenger and it has made n most enviable rn-"ord rn-"ord in its activities in Utah.
