Notice is hereby given that Dan Pitzel, whose post office address Is Los Angeles, California, has made application in accordance with the requirraents of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 11)07, as ammended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1909, 1911 and 1915, to appropriate fifteen hundred hun-dred (1500 ) acre-feet of water from Wall Wall Wash, Beaver County.
