Show MILFORD AUTHORITIES MUST "CLEAN HOUSE" State Inspector of Board of Health Says Officials Must Immediately Put City in Sanitary Condition Milford, Utah, July 5, 1917. Having visited Milford, Thursday, July 5th, 1917, I found con- ditions to be neglected. Most of the alleys and stables are in a filthy condition. Rubbish, garbage and manure have been allowed to col- lect and a great many outhouses are in a bad open condition. It is high time for the city officials to instruct the health officers to enforce all sanitary ordinances. And I hereby direct the city an- thorities to take the necessary measures to greatly improve the sani- tary conditions of Milford without any unnecessary delay. Signed: S. L. SCHWARTZ, Chief Sanitary Inspector of the ' Utah State Board of Health. I |
