Show 1'OR STATE ASSEMBLY WOMAN" Tflrs. W. C. Ernst, who is now visiting vis-iting in Detroit, will return to Call ente about August 20. As announced announc-ed in a previous issue, Mrs. Ernst is a candidate for the state assembly and her card will found with the others in the political column. A great many are in favor of a lady in the lower house of the legislature and there are a number of reforms of vital importance to women and girls that need attention from the lawgivers and besides, Mrs. Ernst has in mind a number of improve ments that will benefit the towns in Lincoln county. Mrs. Ernst has been an ambitious worker in community and commercial commer-cial affairs for many years. Her experience has brought her in touch with the public and her pleasing manner supplemented by an attractive attrac-tive personality would give her a big advantage as a public official. She has held important offices in the Rebekah lodge as well as Eastern Star, and was retained for years by the members in important posts because be-cause of her accuracy and efficiency.
