SE 1-4 SE 1-4. Section 3ft. Township 27. South Range 8 West. Salt Lake Meridian. Copies of said lists so far as they relate to said tracts bv descriptive subdivisions, have been conspicu ously posted in this office for lnspec-Hon lnspec-Hon by any person intereted and by I he public generallv. During this period of publication of this notice, or any time thereafter, thereaf-ter, and before final approval and certification, under departmental reg illations of April "25. 1907. protests or contests against the claim of the State to ant of the tracts or subdivisions subdi-visions hereinbefore, described on I he ground that the same is more , valuable for mineral than for agricultural agri-cultural purposes, will be received and noted for report to the General Land Office at Washington, D. Failure so to protest or contest, within the time specified, will be considered con-sidered sufficient evidence of the non. mineral character of the tracts and the selections thereof, being" otherwise other-wise free from oblectlon, will be approved ap-proved to the State.
