Show AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE NO. 53 Be it ordained by the County Commissioners Com-missioners of Beaver County, State of Utah: That Section I of the Revised Ordinances Or-dinances of Beaver .County, State of Utah, be and is hereby amended to read as follows: It shall be unlawful for any person per-son to own, or keep a dog within the limits of Beaver County, State of Utah, outside of Incorporated Cities and Towns, without making application applica-tion to the County Clerk for that purpose and paying to said Clerk an annual tax of One Dollar and Twenty-five Cents for a male dog and Two Dollars and Twenty-five Cents for a female dog. The County Clerk shall register the applicant's name, a description ! of the dog in a book kept for that purpose and shall give to the applicant appli-cant a certificate of registration. This annual tax shall become delinquent de-linquent on the first day of May of each and every year. j Any person violating the provisions provi-sions of this section shall be deemed , guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, such person shall ; be punished by a fine of not more than $50.00 or by imprisonment for not more than fifty days in the Coun-tv Coun-tv Jail of Beaver County, State of Utah. Passed and approved this 4th day of April. A. D. 1917, at a regular meeting of the County Commissioners Commission-ers of Heaver County, State of Utah, all members voting affirmatively therefor.
