BEAVER COUNTY NEWS NOTICE OF 8 AXE For Delinquent Taxes Heretofore levied Against the Real Estate in Local Improvement District Dis-trict No. 1 of the Town of Milford The owners of all real estate In Local Improvement District No. 1 are hereby notified that a special tax was levied against your property by j Ordinance No. 29, passed and ap- proved the 13th day of January, A. I D. 1917 and by which ordinance it ; was provided that the said tax should be payable and become delinquent in five (5) equal installments and that if any one installment should become be-come delinquent the whole of said tax should become immediately due and payable and likewise delinquent and that the first installment of said tax became delinquent on the 6th day of March, A. D. 1917. You are hereby further notified that if you have not paid the tax so ! levied against your property, or if you do not pay the same within fifteen (15) days from the first pub- lication of this notice your said property, prop-erty, or so much thereof as may be : necessary to satisfy such tax with interest in-terest and the costs and expenses of sale, will be gold by the undersigned Town Treasurer at public auction to the highest Tesponsible bidder for cash at the office of the Town Clerk, J. A. Ingols, in said town, and such sale will begin at the hour of 10 o'clock a. m. on the 23rd day of April, A. D. 1917 and if such sale is not concluded upon said date, the same will be continued from day to day thereafter until completed.
