Adams and daughter, Miss Fern Harris, returned Monday after a few days visit in Salt Lake. Will Munford was over from Beaver Bea-ver Saturday and Sunday, visiting with his wife and daughter. A free dance for the children will be given at the opera house on Thurs day afternoon. Miss Ethel Ashworth of Beaver., was here last week as a guest of Mrs. Joe Hickman. Stanley Puffer and Almound Thom pson of Beaver, passed through Mil-ford Mil-ford Monday night on their way to Long Beach, California. The Milford Lumber company will be known in the future as the Smoot Lumber' company. Mr. Spear is the new manager. ' Mr. and Mrs. George Davis, who were in , Minersville last week to attend at-tend their father's funeral, have returned re-turned to their home in Mammoth. James Kirk, Superintendent af the Gold Crown mine, has left for his home at Pleasant Grove to spend Thanksgiving with his family. J. W. Kirk who underwent an operation op-eration on November 12, is doing fine and expects to be home between December 5 and in. His wife has been at the hospital with him. Mrs. Dr. Swanson and Mrs. Ruth Brooks were confined to their rooms this week on account of sickness. Jake Miller and Vernon Brown oi Salt Lake have accepted positions in the railroad shops.
