President Wilson on Wednesday put in the busiest day he has experienced since he was forced to his bed early in October after his nervous nerv-ous breakdown on the transcontinental transcontinen-tal trip, and it was said at the White House that he was' a very weak man yet. Although fatigued, it was stared there was no serious relapse in his condition. The approaching adjournment of congress was the cause of tlie extra work done by the president, tlie signing sign-ing -of twelve hills being among the taste; incident to bis part in ending the session.
