Jones, Urban V. Stewart, John E. Cox, Charles Simkins. Edmond S. Barnes and David D. Reeie, deceased, Defendants. The State of Utah to the said defendants: defend-ants: You are hereby summoned to appear within twenty days after service of this summons upon you, if served within the county in which this action is brought; otherwise within thirty days after service and defend the above entitled action, and in case of your failure so to do, judgment will be rendered against you according to the demand of the complaint which has been filed with the Clerk of said Court. The said action is brought by the plaintiff to quiet its title to the lands included in what is commonly known as the Rocky Ford reservoir site in said county, particularly described des-cribed in the complaint and the interest of the unknown defendant heirs at law above named to said lands, or a part thereof, if any they have, has been derived from them by descent from their said respective ancestors an-cestors who own an interest therein.
