Show MINUTES of TOWN BOARD IN SESSION FEBRUARY 19. Present at the meeting Ed. Marksheffel H. T. Hanks, C. T. Martin, C. J. Mclntire, Paul Evans. Ev-ans. Absent none. Minutes of the last meeting were read and upon motion, duly seconded second-ed and carried. Approved and signed sign-ed by the president of the board. On motion by C. J. Mclntire, seconded sec-onded by Paul Evans, the street light now in front of the Atkin Hotel was ordered removed and discontinued discon-tinued from the regular lighting system. Motion carried. Vote showed C. J. Mclntire, Paul Evans and Ed Marksheffel voting for; H. T. Hanks and C. T. Martin against. On motion duly seconded and carried car-ried the following bills were allowed allow-ed and ordered paid. The annlie.ition nf Gen Wnrrio onrl Sam Reveal for permission to connect con-nect with the town sewer system were allowed. Marshal reported that the old pump was out of commission and that it would be impossible to repair re-pair same. It was moved and seconded that the town buy a pump for old well and that Water Commissioner C. T. Martin be impowered to place an order for same. Motion carried. On a motion duly seconded and carried it was decided that the town employ a competent engineer to make a complete survey of the various var-ious water conditions in the town. Motion carried. Street Commissioner was instructed instruc-ted to repair and fix up any street where this was necessary at once. There being no further business, the meeting adjourned. |
