Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State En)rineer' Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, March 17, 1920 Notice is hereby given that George Geo-rge E. LeFevre, of Minersville, Utah, has made application In accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Com-piled Laws of Utah, 1917, as amend ed by the Session Laws of Utah, 1919, to appropriate one and one-half one-half (1 1-2) second-feet of water from a spring In Beaver County. Said water issues at a point which lies 1 000 feet east and 1680 feet south of the northwest corner of the northwest quarter of section 7, twp. 30 South. Range 9 west, Salt Lake Base and Meridian. The water will he diverted at the spring and conveyed convey-ed by means of a ditch for a distance of 11,500 feet, and there used from Mnrch 1 to October 30, Inclusive, of each year fo irrigate 80 acres of land in the SW 1-4 SE 1-4 and SE 1-4, SW 1-4 of Section 2, Township 30 South, Range 10 West. This application appli-cation la designated in the State Engineer's En-gineer's office as No. 8426. All protests against the granting of said application stating reasons therefor, must be made by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied with a fee of $2.50 and filed in this office within with-in thirty (30) days aftpr the com-"l"tlon com-"l"tlon of the publication f this notice. no-tice.
